Chuck Tucker

Chuck Tucker is a licensed title agent. Chuck is a native of Panama City. Prior to entering the title industry, Chuck spent 15 years in the corporate legal profession, performing public records research, assisting the legal profession with corporate formation and registered agent services. Abstracting, researching and examination of title and real estate are his areas of expertise.
Kayla Kimbroughs

Kayla Kimbroughs heads our processing and closing departments. Prior to her employment with Coastal Title Assurance, LLC, Kayla worked for one of the world’s largest title agencies in Arizona, with a concentration on clearing up title work and issuing commitments. Additionally, Kayla has worked in the escrow reconciliation department of the same large title agency, and has extensive customer service experience.

Our office has collectively worked in the legal, banking or title insurance industries for many years. Their experience includes commercial and personal loan transactions, underwriting and processing, as well as the closing and post closing process. Currently Coastal Title Assurance, LLC writes policies for two of the country’s largest underwriters, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company and Stewart Title Guaranty Company.
